The North Point is a multi-building renovation project under way by Swinerton Builders. The properties take up some of the most sought after real-estate in San Francisco and the goal is to bring the aging complex into the 21st century. Metalset was there to help.

Metalset's Role:

- Fabrication and erection of complete fencing systems in the inner courtyard surrounding the pool. This piece uses a state of the art powder-coating compound, ensuring long term beauty and corrosion resistance

- Architectural dividers between each ground floor unit creates a sense of personal space while enhancing the overall look of the entire facility
